Can I process Pre-Auth transactions?
You may only offer Pre-Authorised transactions if we allow you to do so and then only in accordance with the merchant operating instructions, and any other requirements we need to inform you about.
Pre-Auth transaction disputes
To reduce the likelihood of disputes you should let your Customer know:
− The pre-authorisation amount;
− That the available funds on their card will be reduced by this amount.
