I've forgotten my portal username and/or password

If you’ve forgotten your password for the portal, it’s easy to reset it using the 'forgot your password?' link on the portal login screen.
If you've forgotten the email address you use to log in, ask someone in your business with administrator access to the portal. They’ll be able to log into the portal and go to the ‘Teams’ section to check which email address is registered.
If you’re the only person with administrator access, please contact the customer helpdesk via the 'chat now' button or by calling 0345 901 0001.
How do I change my portal password?
You can change your portal password by following these steps:
- Log into the portal
- Click your profile icon in the top‑right corner of the screen
- Select the settings (cog) icon next to your email address
- On your profile page, choose Change password
- Follow the on‑screen steps to create and confirm your new password
- Once you have changed your password, you will be asked to log into the portal with your new password.
