Where can I find the activation and administration codes for my new card machine?
The activation code and the administration codes can be found under the product details of each individual card machine.
What are the activation and administration codes for?
These are passwords that you will need to use your card machine. The activation code will be required during set-up to activate your new terminal.
The administration codes will be needed for more regular tasks such as initiating refunds, connecting to Wi-Fi or accessing your device settings.
Why can't I find the activation and administration codes under the product details of my new card machine?
The activation code and the administration codes are only visible for users with the Administrator role.
To update users and roles, please refer back to the old portal.
What are the configuration options I can see on the product details screen for each of my card machines?
The configuration options are the card machine features that you can enable or disable depending on your requirements. All these features are now available across the range of our card machine types:
- MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order)
- Pre-authorisation
- Tips
- Cashback
The product details screen will inform you if these features are active or inactive, and there is a short description about each feature. Contact our customer helpdesk to discuss the card machine features in more detail.
Have I lost access to my Clover dashboard?
No, if you are using a Clover card machine then the Clover dashboard is still available to you.
There is a link to the Clover login page from the product details screen where you will need to use your Clover login.You will have received details of how to reset your Clover password via email.
Why does my terminal ID look wrong?
Some terminal information may be missing or inaccurate but we are working to fix this in the coming weeks.

Why does my deactivated terminal appear as active?
If you’ve turned off any products, they may still show as active or not appear at all.
You’ll only be charged for products in your current hire agreement.
Why is my request to swap my terminal taking longer than expected?
You may experience some friction in the swap process in a very small number of cases.
If you cannot view your activation code please contact our customer helpdesk who will be able to assist you.
I can't see one of my terminals in my list of products - will it still work?
Some terminal information may be temporarily missing but we are working to fix this in the coming weeks.
The terminal will still work and you will still be able to take payments and view your transactions in the portal.
I can't see my terminal activation code - how do I find it?
The activation code and the administration codes are only visible for users with the Administrator role.
