How do I view my agreements and documents?
You can find your agreements and documents by clicking ‘Documents’ under the ‘My products & services’ tab on the portal homepage.
Can I download documents?
Yes, you can download all documents by clicking the arrow icon ('Download') within ‘Actions’ in the ‘Documents’ section of the portal.
Why am I not seeing all my documents?
If you are unable to see or access some or all your documents, please navigate to the old portal and access them in the same way today.
All documents present in the old portal will be reflected in the new portal over time.
I get an error message when reviewing and signing my documents, what do I do?
This will be updated over time to reflect the actual name of the agreement or document, In the meantime you would be able to view download the document from the documents homepage directly by clicking the arrow icon ('Download') within ‘Actions’ in the ‘Documents’ section of the portal.
This will download the agreement or document with the correct name.
When I open an agreement or document in a separate tab, the name is different to the actual agreement or document name?
Rest assured, you have the correct documents, and this will be updated over time to reflect the actual name of the agreement or document.
In the meantime, you will be able to download the document from the documents homepage directly by clicking the arrow icon ('Download') within ‘Actions’ in the ‘Documents’ section of the portal. This will download the agreement or document with the correct name.
