How do I get started?

  1. Use the Quick Start guide to get your shiny new card machine all set up. You'll find your guide in the box.
  2. Activate your card machine, using the setup codes we've emailed you.
  3. Connect up the WIFI, and setup your SIM card settings. For Clover card machines this is managed through the Wireless Manager app.
  4. Get to know your card machine, and check out our how-to videos for Clover machines at www.youtube.com/c/TylbyNatWest
  5. Log in to the Tyl portal and explore - this is where you'll see your trading data come to life. And it's a good idea to bookmark the portal, too.
  6. Get your PCI sorted - we'll send you an email reminder so you can make sure you're PCI compliant.
