How do I take payment over the phone on my Ingenico?
You are able to take phone payments on your Tyl Ingenico terminals if your account has been set up to do so. If you’d like to set up your account to take phone payments, please call us at 0330 173 5113.
Once phone payments are activated on your account, follow these steps to take a payment:
Navigate to phone payment: Main menu > services > payment > TO payment
Enter transaction amount
Enter expiry data (must be YY/MM)
Enter security code (CVD)
For the AVS check, type in a street number for the address, plus the town, country and then the postcode. The AVS check will confirm whether the Address Verification and the CVD check has been successful, not successful or part successful.
Complete the transaction and the receipts will print.
