- This offer ends on 22 December 2022 however Tyl reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
- FreeAgent is an online accounting software package, owned by NatWest Group plc, which is made available free of charge to all Tyl customers for 9 months, starting from the date that you first register for a FreeAgent account.
- You will not be able to make use of this offer if you already have a FreeAgent account.
- In order to use FreeAgent, you must accept the FreeAgent Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which will be made available to you when you set up your FreeAgent account. You will be registered as a ‘Directly Charged User’ of FreeAgent for the duration of the free offer period. 5 days before your free offer period expires you will be given the option to remain as a ‘Directly Charged User’ by paying FreeAgent’s subscription rates which can be seen here. If you do not update your subscription then access to your FreeAgent account will be revoked unless you have ‘Free User’ access. You can re-open your FreeAgent account at any time within a two-year period by subscribing to FreeAgent directly.
- If for any reason you stop being a Tyl customer you will no longer be eligible for FreeAgent free of charge under the terms of this promotion. You will need to pay for FreeAgent in line with FreeAgent’s terms of service.
