How to view my documents
Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoices by logging into the Tyl Portal (legacy).
- Select ‘Tyl Portal (legacy)’ from the left-hand navigation bar. You should automatically log in to the Tyl Portal (legacy).
- In the Tyl Portal (legacy), select “Business” from the top navigation bar.
- Select ‘Invoices’ from the drop-down menu. You’ll see a summary of your latest invoices here. Click the download icon for the invoice, to save it as a PDF.

- Navigate to ‘Agreements’ in the drop-down menu. You’ll see a summary of your documents. Click the download icon for the document, to save it as a PDF.
Why can’t I see any of my invoices?
If you are unable to see or access some or all your invoices, please navigate to the old portal and access them in the same way today. All invoices present in the old portal will be reflected in the new portal over time.
Why can't assigned ‘Store Managers’ see any invoices?
