Getting started with the new customer portal
The customer portal is your window on your business. Learn how to dive into the portal, access invoices, view key documents and manage your users.

Who do I contact if I need help or technical support?
In the portal, you can hit the ‘chat now’ button to go through to our team, otherwise you can call 0345 901 0001 to reach our customer helpdesk.
My Transaction data looks different in the new portal to the old one
Our new portal may have more up-to-date data and so could look a little different. If you have any concerns though, please don’t hesitate to contact us or complete our survey and leave us some feedback.
How do I submit feedback on the new portal?

How do I update my details displayed in the portal, such as personal details or bank details?
To update your details, hit the ‘chat now’ button to go through to our team, otherwise you can call 0345 901 0001 to reach our customer helpdesk.
I updated my bank details, but my old details are still showing when I log into the portal.
If something doesn't look quite right with your bank details, please contact our helpdesk on 0345 9010001 and we’ll help you update them.
Changes to access and permissions in the new customer portal
We've made some changes to what the 'Manager' and 'Employee' role can see.
They'll continue to have access to view transactions, but will now be able to:
- View business insights for their assigned stores, such as total sales, success rate, average transaction value, total refunds, total chargebacks etc.
- View products and the product details for their assigned stores only
- View stores (previously known as 'Locations') and the store details for their assigned stores only.
- Any changes you make to roles and permissions can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
