When will my monthly Direct Debit be taken from my account, and can I change the date it’s taken?
We'll take your Direct Debit from your bank account on or around the 16th of each month (and we can't change the date, unfortunately). We'll email you at least 10 days before to let you know how much we'll be debiting, and you'll be able to see your invoices on the portal, too.
