Can you help me understand my invoice?

Of course - your invoice is broken down into three sections - charges to you (which covers transaction fees), monthly charges (this covers card machine hire and PCI) and any other one-off charges. If you'd like us to talk you through your invoice, we'd be more than happy to - just give us a call on 0345 901 0001 and choose option 3, then option 2.
