I'm a new customer

  1. Use the Quick Start guide to get your shiny new card machine all set up. You'll find your guide in the box.
  2. Activate your card machine, using the setup codes we've emailed you.
  3. Connect up to Wi-Fi, and change your SIM card settings if you want to, using the Wireless Manager app.
  4. Get to know your card machine, and check out our how-to videos at www.youtube.com/c/TylbyNatWest
  5. Log in to the Tyl portal and explore - this is where you'll see your trading data come to life. And it's a good idea to bookmark the portal, too.
  6. Get your PCI sorted - we'll send you an email reminder so you can make sure you're PCI compliant.
